My problem is still not resolve. I send them an e-mail on 16 July in which I request the following:
1) I would like to know what the balance of my Bond Account is. Can you send me a full detailed statement from the time I become a member.
2) The names and contact details of the trustees.
3) Please provide me with the resolution as mentioned-about cancellation
4) How much was the % increase on the annual fees, levies etc.
They keep on calling me and sending sms's and thread me with legal action. I have 5822 points which must be worth something. So I like them to give a direct answer HERE for all to see, stating why can't they just take the points (it must have a value), settle my account (R8000) and cancel my agreement. Now they want me to first pay for 2013 and then for 2014 because you are only allow to cancel between January and May, (as per resolution of their trustees) and only then am I allow to sell my points to some STUPID like me who believed all their promises of an affordable holiday for the rest of your life, ja sure! Bet you too many people want to get rid of their points and out of the agreement.
