Because I fly quite often on Kulula, I decided to take advantage of their Kulula Moolah credit card. Went onto their website to apply and was offered a credit limit of R51 600 (far more than I want or need!). But when I clicked to continue, I got a message to say that my application has been declined!
I know for a fact that my credit rating is excellent - continually get offered additional credit on the cards I already have. So I phoned their call centre to find out what the problem. They won't say why I've been rejected. Uncaring consultant told me, "You can wait 6 months and try again." I think NOT!
