Kulula doesnt return refunds as promised

I have booked flights on the Kulula website on the 2nd of April 2013. The website returned an error when processing my credit card payment and said it couldn't process it at the time. I re-submitted the payment to the amount of R3033.00 on the website, again it failed. After noticing both payments are deducted from my credit card account I called the help centre. They guaranteed me that the additional payment will be reversed within 48 hours. Up to date nothing happened and it seem very cleared that I have been to and it doesn't seem that I will get my money back. This is the last time I do my corporate bookings on Kulula as they simply cant be trusted. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS TO THEM ON THEIR WEBSITE.
