After speaking to 6 or 7 consultants who all just put me through from one person to the next, the problem has still not been sorted. NO ONE knows who I should speak to. PLEASE HELP, this is terrible service.
All I want to do is get the MOOLAH that I earn on my credit card, to show INTO my travel bank account (on KULULA website) - its really not that difficult a question.
When I try activate my KULULA CREDIT CARD on Travelbank it says UNABLE please contact KULULA.
Will the people responsible please call me and sort this out ASAP.
