Metrorail had a price increase, but the train service is pathetic! Trains are delayed, without any notification. Nobody makes announcements! People with 3rd class tickets sits in 1st class carraiges. No authority to see that these people are in the wrong carraiges. Why don't metrorail create work for people and put at least 2 people in a carraige to make sure everybody have tickets and is in the right carraige.
