I opened a Kulula Credit Card as the Kulula Moolah seemed to be the best loyalty product for my specific circumstances. After numerous phone call to get more information I decided that this card was indeed the best opion although I am now convinced I should rather have opted for a Woolies Card.

After receipt of my Moolah statement which showed closed to the R500 I tried to book a flight and surprisingly it suddenly reduced to zero. I have made numerous calls to find out why I am unable to use the benefit that specifically made my choose this credit card and after 6 weeks we have conveniently not received any feedback.

I definately utilised my credit cars so why am I not eligible to receive my Moolah?
