I ordered two Kulula credit cards. I received one! I faxed my FICA forms 4 times and still I got a message saying my card would be blocked. I have called the call centre 11 times to find out why my card is still not working, and I have tried everything they have suggested.
Why is it still not working?
I can't log on to online banking. I cannot draw out money.
I thought it was an easy process?
Please can someone help me? I'm going to cancel my card if I don't get help soon.
