Kulula Call Centre Staff Arent Properly Trained

Towards the end of last year, I applied for a Kulula Credit Card, as I was a frequent flyer with [URL Removed] and wanted to have all the extra benefits that come with having a Kulula card. My card was issued to me with no hassles and I have been using it happily.
However, when I wanted to register online with my kulula credit card to their Travelbank option, so that I can see how much Kulula moolah I have to spend on flights as well as to make my paying of my card easier, nobody at the call centre could help me out or point me in the right direction. For 2 months I have been passed between Kulula Credit Card and [URL Removed] because nobody can help me with my problem. I have created a Kulula ID as I was told to do, I've reset my password, yet still I cannot access the facility and everytime I call Kulula, somebody will pass me off to someone else as they cannot solve my issue. I guess this is the price you pay for applying for a credit card with a company that you cannot walk into and have your problem rectified. Surely there is a way for Kulula to delete my profile and start me again step by step so that I can utilize all the benefits that the product claims to offer.
