Don't even TRY to book online!

I went online to book flights from Durban to Lanseria. Chose flights, filled in all details and got the cute response: "Oops we are unable to process that payment method."

I phoned the bank to find out if there was a problem with my corporate credit card and was told Kulula is not accepting credit cards beginning with 5221 owing to. I then tried again using my personal credit card which begins with 5412. Same response.

We then phoned the Kulula helpline and the gentleman offered to assist with the booking. Took down the details of the flights etc, and then advised there would be an extra charge of R80 for him to make the booking on our behalf. Unbelievable to charge extra because your system doesn't work!!! Anyway, he then attempted to make the booking but the credit card was rejected again.

I then booked the flights to OR Tambo on Mango online. No problem with corporate credit card. If only Mango flew to Lanseria I would never bother with Kulula again.
