Good day,
Due to the busses being on strike I am forced to use the train as transportation. This morning I get to Eersterivier train station to purchase a ticket and I get to an open window and the lady, who is supposed to be assisting me, is having a conversation with her colleague and her back is towards me. So I say excuse me and she continues talking, her colleague who's looking towards me just looks at me and they continue with their conversation. I then shout then the lady looks at me and continues with her conversation again.
A lady standing behind me in the queue that has been created by the lack of service shouts "Ms Peterson, ons wag", then she turns around laughs and asks what I want. This sounded like I'm a burden to her as if I'm asking her to do something she doesn't have to do. Luckily for her my train was already pulling in so I left without giving her a piece of my mind.
To Ms Peterson, there are thousands of people who need jobs and would gladly take over if you are not willing to do the job.
Regards,
Ms Mack
