I wish to express my disappointment and anger at the BAD service given by Metrorail employees at Vasco station. The two ladies at the station have no way of talking to commuters, they have no shame to shout at commuters 'go complain, we're not hired to like people here' we don't care even if you go complain etc they practically attacked me this morning just for telling the one lady not to shout but rather speak appropriately. I pay a lot of money to use Metrorail trains and therefore expect good service. The two ladies have no ethics and they acted very unprofessional considering they are representatives of Metrorail. If they were off duty it would have been a different story but fortunately they were in Metrorail uniform and on duty. I know commuters can be unruly sometimes but I did not deserve that kind of service, considering that we as commuters pay their salaries, if it were not for commuters using Metrorail there'd have no jobs, yet they have the audacity to speak to us like that! Its bad enough that the train service is bad but for employees to provide such disgusting service as well? Not on!
