On 16 Oct I went to the Checkers Klipfontein, Wtb I booked a ticket from Witbank to Pretoria to leave on 17 Oct at 14h30.The departure point was Witbank Train Station. I still double checked at Checkers to be sure that it is the TRAIN station - the lady said yes ma'am Im very sure. On Fri I was at the train station @ 13h55.After 10 min I went to the ticket office and enquired about the bus. The guy told me there are NO busses stopping at the train station. I went all over Wtb from garage to garage to find out where I am suppose to get the bus, and nobody could help me. Friday traffic & Public Transport (costing me money). City to City offices phoned to let me know I NEED to be @ the train station in 10 minutes. Went back there - NO BUS!! EVENTUALLY I got on Translux @ 16h15. I was suppose to arrive @ 16h30.This caused me to miss a very important meeting, as I only arrived in Pta @ 19h00 that evening. I think this is TERRIBLE administration!
