Hello
We received a text notification indicating that our flight had been cancelled and my wife and I had been booked onto an earlier flight. We could not make the earlier flight as our connecting flight lands at approximately the same time as the new departure. Kulula offered to move us onto a flight the following day however we would need to incur accommodation costs. We therefore chose the cheaper option of adjusting our incoming flight at a cost of -R800 which I feel I should not be my liability.
What will Kulula do to compensate me for my loss?
