I booked a flight yesterday on line and immediately after concluding the transaction I realised I made a mistake with the date on the flight from JHB to CT .
I booked flight MN107 for the 20th of March instead of a on the 19th.
I immediately contacted the Kulula call centre and a lady (rather unfriendly) by the name of Aisha assisted.
I requested a change in booking and this was done, changing the flight from JHB to CT for the 19th. Incidentally this is also flight MN107 .
I was only told I was going to be debited with a further R171.00 for changing the flight . ( Difference in flight prices was not discussed at all)
This morning however, looking on the Kulula sight, I noticed flight MN107 on the 19th is at a price of R954.00 instead of the R1 934.00 on the 20th i paid for.
Looking at the price difference in flights, Kulula owns me a CREDIT of R980 .00!!!
I accept the charge on the change but to be robbed if there is a difference in flight priced is rather ridiculous!!!
