I tried to change our flight booking online and it kept on giving an error. I called in to the call centre and spoke to Jacqueline. I asked to be put on an earlier flight and was advised that it would be an additional cost of R684pp which is about the same price we paid for our tickets. Previously kulula changed my flight to an earlier flight without my knowledge and without any extra charge and the earlier flight was delayed resulting in me arriving later than my original flight. I did not charge kulula for their delay and wastage of my time and patience. This is unacceptable, poor customer service and a bitter disappointment. I will definitely not be booking with them again unless this matter is resolved.
