I went to mtn carnival mall on 27/04/2013 to take out a contract. 1. Contract was declined due to wrong filing procedure (store manager). Applied again and went home to wait. Got a call, it was approved. Went back got the phone and asked for price plan, was not the same as adverticed so I asked to cancel it. Went home, got a call... her mistake so I went back. Got the phone and went home. Wait one day still not activated... they forgot to rica it. Went to a rica dealer and did it... back home and poor signal. Edge got one bar and I have to use this to send and receive large emails? Struggled to got hold of customer care (what a waste) could not find anything wrong on the system and I had to go to the shop. Went back to the shop and they said I must call customer care and they cant help me and I cant cancel it. The store manager also admitted that she also stayed in my area and also struggle with signal issues. Went home and back today again 30/04/2013 they logged several calls but cant cancel it. I have had it with Mtn and would not recomend anyone to join this network or visit the carnival mall shop. This store manager didnt even had the guts to come out of the back and face me
