Ongoing problems with Blackbery Z10

My first Z10 had network issues and a manufacturing error. I recieved a new phone and the problems persisted. Everyday I have to reset my email accounts on the phone and everyday I am unable to use the phone as the signal drops in all areas. The blackberry sign next to the signal needs to be present if I want to send messages or use the internet. This sign keeps disappearing as i loose signal. I have called Cell c customer care and Cell c technical support over 20 times. I took the phone to Cell c repair centre in Tygervalley. I was informed they were looking at replacing my phone for over 3 weeks. We went to the shop and were told that nothing was wrong with the phone according to the technicians. I left the shop upset and annoyed. Expressing our frustration, all the manager offered was to pay one month of the contract fee. On the way home I still had issues with the phone and they have failed to reimburse us after I have contacted them and went to the store myself. My phone now switches off by itself whilst there is still battery life. I was stranded in the dark after 8pm in the week with a dead phone. My BBM is freezing. I do not want this phone anymore!!
