Contract upgrade - None delivery

On 2013-04-13 I upgraded my cell phone contract with MTN Mall @ Carnival Brakpan Shop 35. I upgraded my contract to the deal where I would receive a Samsung TV with my Samsung Galaxy Pocket cell phone. After filling out all the paperwork I was told that the TV would be delivered to my home within three weeks. This did not happen. On 2013-06-08 I went to the store to enquire when I will receive my TV. They were in disbelieve that I did not receive it yet. They could also not locate my paperwork and I had to again fill in the paperwork to receive the TV. I was told that they will now log the call again and I will receive the TV in three weeks. Whenever one phone in to the shop the phone just rings. This is very poor service delivery. Why should the customer have to go and enquire when the product that he was supposed to receive was not delivered as promised? I have been a MTN Contract customer since 1996 and this is really unacceptable for me.
