Last Tuesday 30 April, I applied for a cell c contract via the call center.
It is now Thursday 09 May and it is still not activated.
I am constantly told it shows up as activated on their computers but I keep telling them it has not once had 'network'. I have been passed from department to department, day after day. I cannot tell you how many times I have repeated the same motion of taking out my sim card and putting it back in again.
This is unreal, how difficult can it be as a telecommunications company to activate a very simple top up contract? I have been without a working cell phone now for nearly 2 weeks. I am so close to cancelling and moving elsewhere.
