Please be warned do not ever deal with cellc, as a consumer you will be wasting your money paying for inferior service!!!
i took out a new cell phone contract on the 24/05/2013 at cellc gateway .i had the phone set up in store.everything worked fine, as soon as i reached home i tried using the phone and it will not work. theres no internert coverage in the area and being it an S4 it primarily needs to have a stable internet connection.how ever i can not connect to the internet. ive been running around for the past 2 days (25 th and 26th) back and forth to the store ive called customer care, techinical departments or cellc over over 8 times but the phone just wont work in my house.i returned to the store to ask for them to take back the phone and cancel this contract how ever the store manager ASHNA refused to take it back, now they want to send a technician to my houe to check the signal, i must now wait for the next 7-14 days before this happens!!! i dont have the time for this I WANT MY CONTRACT CANCELLED YOURLL ARE ROUGES!!! CELLC IS THE MOST DISGUSTING NETWORK!!!
