Short payment for stamp agent

I sell R64,000 worth of stamps as an agent for Ballito Checkers, and I also sell R64,000 worth of stamps as an agent for Tongaat Checkers. My commission is 4% for both shops. However, I was only paid R2560, which is the 4% commission for one shop. I have tried many times to phone the division, but the supervisor, Cegree, hasn't been of help. I worked very hard selling those stamps, but I am not receiving the correct reward as per our agreement. Please help.
