Terrible service

Wow, Oh my, same service as Steve Bicko Hospital, except you pay loads of money to rude staff.
People are already in distress when they enter the emergency unit. Reception has no smiles or empathy.
Receptionist chews bubblegum and on her personal mobile phone. Doctor, were busy, and that's fine but no update as you wait for your family that's in heavy pain. Young nurse says to patient - do not make noises when he cannot tolerate his pain. Had to go ask why we waiting so long. Was met with unfriendly rude bunch of nurses. I heard somebody else complain to supervisor - her words were: You must be humble- wWOW EVERY patient is humble and thankfull and friendly... DO YOUR JOB- i will continue to tell and spread this on social media and every where else...
