Poor Service, Poor Reception, Poor Feedback

After trying to write the full story there was not enough space and so here follows a revised point version of my story.

Went to store 15/05/2013
Long waiting period to get served at store
Half the display phones dont work in the store
Consultant extremely slow while processing your contract.
Was excited about phone, put up with issues.
Get home, no reception for cell c at home.
Test out for a few days. Still not happy

Went back to store on 19/05/2013
Waiting even longer this time to get served (at least 40 mins)
Told them I want to cancel as no reception
They took forever to do only 1 thing, set the network operator selection manually on my phone to cell c.
I knew this would do nothing but humoured them
Went home, tested, still no improvement.
Called technical 0841555555 as told by store, they will have to send someone out to assess
Even more unhappy after back and forth, went back to store
Told them I now definitely want to cancel after all the trouble and still no reception
They took the phone back, (filled in OBI?), filled in a network investigation sheet and said manager will call me today.
Still no call from manager.
All i want is my contract cancelled!
