NON EXISTING ACCOUNT

I have received several invoices from MTN stating that I have a contract with them, money has been deducted from my account and I was handed over for cancelling the payments, my reason being, I have never received these phones that I received invoices for, I contact the call centre even went to the branches to query about these accounts with no results, called the attorneys who advised me to get an affidavit from the police station, I did and send it through with them but the billing kept on increasing, then I contacted the attorneys again to query and the response I got was " You have to pay this account as it is in your name". All I want is prove that I signed up for receiving this contract and I would be happy to negotiate payments, but nothing what so ever has appeared. Its terrible to get somewhere and try to open an account then they tell you no your a "bad payee"
