Beyers park KFC old rotten food

I made the mistake to go and get diner at KFC Beyers park in Boksburg on sunday evening 30-06-2013. It all started we we had to wait at the drive thru for mor than 30min to order. Getting back home half the order not in the packet and the famous bowl just hade old mash and chicken in it no gravy no corn and no cheese.

I phoned KFC customer care and got a case ref number cas-13613-t9x6x0.

One week went by no response from the store. So i gave the call center a call on 05-07-2013 and a hour later the store called me back. Told me to come in and they will replace the old rotten order. I told the manager that i will be at the store the next day (SUNDAY) Got to the store today and the manager does not know about my complaint, i showed her on my cellphone the the store phoned me. She makes a joke of it and does not want to help me.

No the funny part in the parking area of this joke of a KFC shop i phoned KFC customer care again to tell then the latest. The customer care consultant said she will call the store and i need to just stay there as she will give them a call to sort this out. Well 10min later she called me back to tell me the the store are not picking up
