Still waitng on my phone to arrive

I sent in my phone for repairs at mtn clearwater like two weeks ago.

on the 22 april 2013 i was sent an sms to make a payment since my phone had been fixed so to ensure a prompt delivery.

i then made the full payment of R1373 on the same day that the sms was received.
My service request number is 1-7344137853.

I have not yet received my phone back till today.

I called the repair centre last week and was told that the phone has left their premises to clearwter mall.

I have been calling the mtn store in clearwater ever since and they tell me that the phone has not reached them.

So where exactly is the phone if it is not at the repair centre nor at the store.

They can not even give me an exact date of when the phone will arrive.what is this huge up if the phone has already been repaired and payment made also.

my patience with mtn is wearing thin.

At least they should know the turn around for deliveries after payment has been made. Customer require a turn around time.
