Tablet dont show up after sending for repairs

So I got a contract at 8ta! After I waited 2 weeks for the tab to arrive after it has been approved. The consultant gave me a micro sim and it needed to be a normal sim, so obviously the sim got stuck. After having the tab for a day I took it back and they send it for repairs to take out the sim. The repair centre informed them that the sim reader got damaged and they quoted 8ta. 8ta refused to pay for repairs after it was their fault for giving me the wrong sim. So they requested that the repair centre just to take out the sim withoutnrepairing the tab. Now I'm waiting on the tab to be returned but after a month the tab just don't show up. And when it does show up it will probably be damaged. I phoned the store manager of 8ta paarl Mall, Barry and he said that he would try and help me out but the phone calls I made thereafter it seems that he keeps on putting the phone down in my ear. If I don't have my phone back by the end of this week, I want a new phone, because this is pathetic!!!

oh and just as i writing this i received a sms from the repair centre that they are waiting for payment for taking out the sim and i thought that the tab was on its way already
