Phone lost in the hands of repair centre

My Samsung S3 was sent to HVRC to be repaired on 22/07/2013. I received a qoute of R1755.81 on 25/07/2013 the payment was made 27/07/2013. As they received the payment my phone was repaired. According to HVRC the courier company collected my phone 30/07/2013 and I was told the turn around time for it to be delivered back to the store is 48hours. It is now 5 days later. I have spoken to 3 people (two was helpful and the other was horribly rude and telling me there is nothing she can do) at HVRC and they can't find my phone. The courier company said that they have no record of ever collecting the phone. This is completely unacceptable. I sign the phone over to MTN, pay them for a repair and they lose it. I have phoned in non stop on Friday and yet not even the supervisor Sarah Naidoo get's back to me as I requested. I have never been disloyal to MTN, not for the past 10 years and now they go mess up and LOSE MY PHONE!!!
