I vistied the Glen to do an upgrade and by changing the contract I had to pay R150, not advised by the consultant up front. I had no option as he demanded cash. I had accumulated more than 400 mintues, which I could not negotiate was told it will expire in about 3 weeks. So no option to negotiate.
I am concerned that many people have no power to negotiate and therefore loose what they actually paid for. I want Vodacom to pay me my money if they will not allow me to have my airtime.
