I had over R500 accumulated airtime that I paid for on my contract.
I upgraded last week, and immediately when the consultant at the branch clicked 'upgrade' all the airtime was deducted.
I asked the consultant at the branch as to what was the reason, he said it was a technical error and it will be restored soon.
But I have heard nothing as yet.
I had the same challenge when I upgraded last year and the consultant that assisted me, credited me the airtime back. Why does this continuously happen when I upgrade, and please get someone to rectify this urgently.
I paid my premiums on time every month and received airtime as well. If the airtime was deducted that return all my premiums paid for it.
This is just not on!
