I'm looking to do an early upgrade into the iPhone 5s. My contract isn't due for an upgrade so I offered to cancel the existing contract and NEGOTIATE a settlement on that as I'm taking out a newhigher value contract with the same company. I've been a Vodacom customer for 16 years and have gone through all the phases, pre-paid to contract user. I have 3 other lines with Vodacom and a corporate phone. Seemingly, my avarage spend on my contract of R390 isn't sufficient, nor is my history or the manner I conduct my affairs. Why is there such an unwillingness to accomodate a loyal customer??? You are happy to grant me a 'NEW LINE' but we won't accomodate your request to keep your number? My existing device has been booked in for repairs TWICE and is currently problematic... All I'm asking for is an 'ear' and willingness to negotiate and accomodate my requests...
