I have two Autopage contracts that are soon going to end. They are TopUp deals that give me R135 airtime per month. In order for me to make wise and informed decisions, I need to know precisely what happens to my accumulated airtime when my contracts end. I have made previous enquiries, and have been given a range of conflicting information:
1. I will lose my airtime;
2. a maximum of R200 will be carried over;
3. if I terminate my contract and move my number to Vodacom prepaid, my full accumulated credit will be carried over.
I am posting this request on HelloPeter.com in order that a suitably qualified representative from Autopage responds with correct and accurate information.
