I am very disappointed in the service I have received from Vodacom.
I phoned Vodacom multiple times on the 14th of December 2012 regarding the expiration of my contract, the person I spoke to advised me that my contract has been cancelled and changed to prepaid (?!)
This however did not stop Vodacom from deducting the contract fee's every month. I asked the guy if he could send me a copy of my contract so that I can see what going on, he told me that it will take about 15 days and that I should be patient because it's the festive season and there's a lot of public holidays.
It's now the 30th of April 2013, I still haven't received a copy of my contract.
After phoning 082 111 and holding on for 30 min a woman called Yandi told me, ' thank you for phoning Vodacom please call us at 082 111, Good Bye! '
Seriously?!
I would really like to know when my contract expires so that I can move over to another service provider.
