Trying to rip me off and no feedback

I called Vodacom to find out about when my contract is due for an upgrade. This was at 12:30pm on Monday.

I was passed around from person to person. I got my iPhone in April/May of 2012 and took out a 2 year contract. All the people i spoke to told me i can only upgrade again in January 2015. This makes my contract 2 years and 8 months long which is not what i signed up for. None of the three people i spoke to could explain why this was the case on their system.

The third lady eventually told me she would log a request to have a copy of my contract sent to me. She promised this would be done within 24 hours. It is now well over 48 hours later and i still have not received anything.

I did get an sms from Vodacom on Monday night at 18:00 and all it said was "Subscriber Details have been updated" What does this mean Vodacom? And when will you be sending me a copy of my contract as well as calling me to explain why you have this up? I have my electronic invoices you send me every month. All dating back to May 2012. I WILL NOT PAY FOR A TWO YEAR CONTRACT FOR MORE THAN TWO YEARS.

If you promise to get back to someone within a certain time... Stick to it!
