Vodacom
Signed a Top up 99 and being billed for Top up 315

We took out a new contract - a Top up 99 with a Blackberry Curve 9320 on 2 March 2013. We received no copy of the contract that we signed.
Due to delays in the postal delivery we received our bill for March and April on Monday and was shocked to see we were billed for a Top up 315. We didn't notice it with the debit order as the payment is for several cellphone numbers
On phoning Vodacom customer service we were told that they cannot help us, we had to sort it out at the store where we took out the contract. We phoned the store and asked them to send a copy of the contract through to us. We phoned customer services again and the agent told us that there is nothing they can do. The activation was done in store so all the blame lay with Hilton, the man who helped us with the contract. He made the mistake and now doesn't seem to be too willing to help us. We have been waiting for the copy of the contract that we signed since Tuesday and When we phoned to follow up this morning he said that the admin lady is struggling to get it through to us yet nobody has called to ask for alternative details. We have been billed for two months already.
