CHARGE 75% CANCELLATION AFTER CPA-Not Reasonable??

Vodacoms cancellation fee is absolutely disgustingly ridiculous and the highest of all service providers.
I currently have 2 vodacom contracts (TWO!!!) and would like to switch the one to prepaid and use as needed otherwise I'm wasting money and was willing to pay a "reasonable" fee to end the contract. With the contract that I want to terminate I never purchased a handset with it and used an old phone with it. So there are no hand set fees still to pay off. So please explain how on Earth 75% is JUSTIFIED! That is flippen and out and out abuse of the CPA. Because it is NOT REASONABLE! If you think this is reasonable then please publicly explain it to me and the rest of the World, to all Vodacom clients you have suckered and forced to keep their contracts because the cancellation fees are TOO HIGH!
