BB Z10 delivered a week late. Sim activation specified 2 days. Non existant. MTN Sandton City visit - required to purchase a second sim card at additional fee. New PAYG could not be RICA'd. BB Z10 - software could not access BB appworld. MTN Sandton City sent me to BB helpdesk. 2 hours later, appworld working. no contacts on phone. second visit to BB helpdesk - contacts loaded. BB Z10 not connecting completely with MB mobile phone. 3 visit to BB helpdesk. assisted. phone connected. no connection after that. numerous attemps to call 083 123 9622. sent to 808. sent back to 083 123 9622. final visit to MTN Morningside. BB techician recommended Mercedes Benz upgrade software. tried to change phone with MTN. could not. Recommended to call 083 123 9622. Called this number. They could not assist since 7 day period expired. Spoke to a Mercedes Benz technician. No upgrades exist. Option to cancel contract. I pay R7954, lose my number and end up with a phone I do not want. NEVER use MTN Direct and BB Z10 still has huge teething problems.

Appalled at uselessness of MTN and BB Z10. NEVER take out a contract again with either. Time wasted = 2 phones
