If you think you can run a business and drive a Mercedes Benz you are wrong you are totally wrong. I have a vito 116 cdi 2011 model with 78000 km and it has been more in the garage than on the road. Every time when it's in the garage they just tell you 4-6 weeks parts from Germany. Now I have to run a business where my vehicle is my transport my office my everything. From day one I had problems with this vehicle Mercedes Benz replaced about all the pulleys in this engine even the turbo which I never thought the problem was, because there was a bad noise and every 2-3 months they have to change the fan belt. Before the Guarantee expired 3 months ago I was at Paarl Mercedes Benz with a noise in the engine and they just through their hands in the air and said they don't know any more but will find out and come back to me.3 months past then the water pump packed up where the noise comes from all the time. I phone them and ask if they still coming back to me. Their answer to me was. They helped me until my guarantee expired and now they dun.
