UNWILLING TO HELP AND RESPOND TO ORDERS/ REPAIRS

On more than one occasion I have been faced with impolite and uncooperative staff at the MTN shop in Summerstrand village. When I received an upgrade I ordered accessories and covers for my smart phone and went in once a week to collect them only to be told, in an unapologetic manner that they "had not yet arrived" - 8 months down the line I am still waiting. After about a month my phone had a chip in the body that caused no mechanical damage but would have been prevented had the sales staff ordered the protective covering I requested on more than one occasion. My smart phone recently stopped working due to a battery / mechanical error and I was told that even though it is under 24 month guarantee they will not fix it due to the chip in the side. Besides their unwillingness to facilitate and aid the repair process the staff at MTN summerstrand village have a bad attitude or being unwilling to explain, order and follow up with customers. All four members of my family are on MTN contracts and I plan on terminating them once they end and migrating to a new service provider.
