After a minor accident, I put in an insurance claim that was approved by Mercedes benz Insurance. I took the car in for assessment and was advised to drive the vehicle until the automobile strike was over.
I contaced Mercedes Benz Insurance two months later after I had still not heard from them. I spoke to Lucas on 11 Nov, 12 Nov and asked for the vehicle to be collected or if I can drop the vehicle off, on both occasions he said he would call me back BUT did not. On Wed 13 Nov, I was hijacked.
The vehicle was since recovered.
No one from Mercedes has bothered to tell me the status and whereabouts of my vehicle. i have had to phone them constantly to find out where my car is.
In the interim I have been driving a a third party courtesy car arranged by Mercedes Benz Insurance. The car was given to me for 27 days. 5 days before the 27 days lapsed, I alerted Mercedes benz Insurance and asked what the procedure was. I was told that an alternative courtesy car would be arranged and they would phone me back. No one phoned me, I have had to call Mercedes Benz Insurancew to ask what should be done as I do not want to be liable for the vehicle. I await their call patiently.
