My phone got, i called the 173 number, after going through all the options, i cant find an option to block my blackberry.. no option to even speak to someone,
called 0119123000 - found on mtn group website... explained situation, got put on hold for 10mins, called again, got put through to the helpdesk for contract customers who cant help. called again, got hung up on.. called again, got put through contract helpdesk again, called again, got put through to data support and then back to contract helpdesk.. round and round i go and still no closer to blocking my phone.
