New iPhone 5 Talk 100 contract - NO DATA LOADED

Despite several calls, a visit to MTN at Atterbury Value Mart yesterday, my problem is unresolved.

I cannot do this by phone since there is no option to talk to a service person when dialling 083 1808. I also tried 083 123 9622
For my account, the cellphone number 071 785 0312 is a new contract I took out with a SIM swop since it was a pre-paid number before.
