I took out a contract under my name for my 11 year old daughter in Dec 2012. 5 months later and she has already had 3 sim swaps and no phone working!! I visited Sandton City on Sun 26/5/2013 where Benny helped me. He was told after making a call that the RICA information was incorrectly captured on the system. He then corrected it and I was told that the phone will be active between 2 and 24 hours. 24 hours later I made another visit to Sandton City, where Puleng then assisted me. I was then told that her phone number wasn't activated (after it did work for a few weeks???) and therefor the sim wasn't activated. He made a call and did a few things on the system and I was then told to give it 2 to 3 hours. Well NOW they have deactivated my personal phone too!!! So now I have 2 phones where the sim card says: SIM not provisioned:2 '!!! To say the least - I AM LIVID'!!!
