Since last week I couldn't receive any calls or sms on my number, when calling my number I get a message "the number you have dialled is not available on the MTN network". I can make outgoing calls but everyone trying to phone me get the same number not available message. I phoned my service provided Nashua Mobile branch in Kimberley on Thursday morning last week they said they will phone me back, but still today nobody called me back and my number can still receive no incoming calls. I went to the branch personally, but all they said they are waiting for MTN. This is poor service and I am disappointed with Nashua Mobile since I've been a loyal customer for many years. I need to have my number working again, I am losing alot of business due to this error and I have to go through Nashua Mobile as they are my service provider and not MTN.
