I have a number of complaints. Firstly when I first signed my contract the VERY first item on my bill was a deactivation fee for an unknown number. This was a new contract so this fee was a clerical error. I brought this up with Nashua Mobile in November and they assured me that it would be rectified. After being told that the error was rectified I was still billed for the deactivation fee. I have since pursued this to no avail.
Secondly, this week my cellphone was and to successfully claim from insurance I require a "blacklisting number". I visited Nashua Mobile Brooklyn to have this simple task done. It is now more than 24 hours later and I have still not received the blacklisting number nor any feedback. I have revisited the store as well as called them from my home and all I have been told was that they are still waiting for the blacklisting to be done.
Additionally I was told that I would be liable for all calls and fees until the blacklisting has been done, thus placing me in a position where I must pay for a 's phone calls despite my numerous requests to blacklist the phone.
This kind of service makes me regret choosing Nashua mobile as my service provide
