After I have written a report about the pathetic service of Nashua Mobile last week Thursday (10/01/2013) i received a call from Nashua Mobile to ask about my report on Hellopeter, which I missed and got a voice mail. Since then haven't heard from Nashua Mobile again in any regards.
During my almost full day on the phone last week Thursday, they said they will be in touch about the delivery of my new phone, I still haven't received any calls or nothing, 3 full working days later. That's 1 thing that I have learned with Nashua Mobile, if they say they will get back to you or call you it never happens. You as the client must call them.
Apparently the device was sent out on Thursday last week already, but now end of Tuesday the following week still nothing, no tracking number or nothing was given to me.
I have also contacted the news papers in this regards, I will not phone contact Nashua Mobile ever in my life again. If they cant live up to their promises, they will know about this through the papers and Hellopeter.
Think more than twice before using Nashua Mobile as a service provide
