Hello Peter,
I would like to complain about the bad service at Nashua Mobile The Glen. Mnduduzi & Stacey at the store pass the buck, cant give you answers & never call you back. We then spoke to the area manager Willile who also doesnt call us back. Long story short, we cancelled a contract and after having it confirmed telephonically as well as having it checked on Nashua Vaal's system, Nashua still proceeded to migrate number to contract a few days later & several calls and visits to the Glen branch (55km from my house!) Nashua has still failed to port my number back to pay as you go as promised. This is my business number & i have lost a lot of business as a result. This has been explained to them. Also lost all the airtime i had on my phone. They promised me it would be back online within 24 hours - that was over a week ago. I have tried to speak to Mtn myself but they say they need the paperwork from Nashua. Please help... the number i need sorted out is 078 225 3516. I can be contacted on this number 073 899 2366.
