Ive tried calling the MTN Canalwalk, Cavendish, Waterfront and Vangate branches during "opening hours" from saturday and not once has any of them answered, i probably called them over 5 times each with no answer! and again today, called each of them, 0 answer! i compained to @MTNza on twitter on Saturday when i first tried calling, and they apologized and asked me to DM them my contact number and they would call back! i sent them my number timelously and 3 days later no answers and i haven't been contacted yet.
I am currently a Vodacom customer, intrested in a Galaxy S4 deal with MTN but they seem to not want customers...
1 word for their service... PATHETIC!
If i do not get a response soon, i will use a different network :)
