BAD Service, bad attitude and lying to clients!!!

On 17Jan I took my BlackBerry to be fixed.by the 29th I got an SMS that it is being assessed.
On 7Feb I called and asked when they think the phone will be back. The lady told me that it has been ready since the 29th.
I went in and got my phone. When I asked why I was not told that it was there I was just told that the "system" did SMS me. Later I was told that the receptionist also called me. Naturally I do not have record of any of this on my phone.
I was stuck for so long without a BlackBerry and email that I eventually bought another phone. I would not have done this if I had known that the phone was ready.
I asked to speak to the manager. After being told he was busy I said I will wait. Eventually Oman the repairs supervisor came forward and asked if he can help.
I told him that I was upset that I was not told that my phone was ready for collection.
Oman's attitude was condescending and belittling!
He told me that the system sent the message and the receptionist called me.
The more I told him that I did not get any of this the more he just said that the system can not be wrong.
When I asked to speak to the manager he to me and said "I am the manager" refusing my request.
