Terrible Service

13/05/2013 i took my cellphone in for repairs to Vodacare Alberton. I was told that it would take 7 -10 working days to be repaired. I agree and was told that they would call me and give me a quote. 2 days had passed and no call was made to me. I then called them and requested a quote of which i agreed upon as i needed the use of my cellphone. After about a week i heard nothing and started getting frustrated as i had to keep contacting them instead of them contacting me. After a few weeks i get told that my cellphone is ready for collection. I then pay and collect despite the terrible service. On the same day of collection, i check the phone and the screen had been cracked on the inside (from their side) I take it back and they say it would take another 7 days to fix with no charge and that i would get a refund. I call on Monday the 10th June and the manager says that the phone is fixed and ready for collection but i cannot get a refund. 12/06/2013 i call to say that i have a gap and can collect my cellphone. The sales lady advises that the phone isn't there and is not fixed. The sales lady calls again saying sorry but the phone is there and is fixed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH
